ATTENDING CLASSES IN TP-SII
Attendance
Attendance is crucial for students to participate, learn, and collaborate in class. Therefore, it's strongly recommended to attend all classes to be ready for assessments.
Important! Please note:
1. If you fail the assessment (for WSQ modules), you must retake within 60 days.
Refer to the Reassessment Fees for our WSQ courses.
Note: Re-assessment is subject to availability of next assessment date. If you are unable to retake the assessment within the timeframe of 60 days, TP reserves the right to bill you the full course fee for the next course run.
2. If you are unable to attend the class on the first day, you are expected to email the Programme Manager within the first day of class (start date) to update SII if you will be:
a. attending the assessment so we can book an assessment slot for you;
b. withdrawing from the course (no refunds. refer to the Withdrawal Policy)
If we do not hear from you by the end of the start date of the class, we will deem you as being absent from the course.
Re-assessment (for WSQ modules only)

Should you be marked as “Not Yet Competent” – NYC, you are required to apply for a re-assessment within 60 days from the start of the course (subject to availability of dates).
If you are unable to retake the assessment within the timeframe of 60 days, TP reserves the right to bill you the full course fee for the next course run.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Students who withdraw their application less than 14 calendar days before the course commencement will be charged 50% of the course fee and for students who withdraw their application upon course commencement will be charged 100% of the course fee.
