Deals with the procedural aspects connected with property transactions. Participants will be taught the procedures involved in the preparation of instruments for lodgment for such transactions.
Objectives
The subject aims to equip students with a working knowledge of the conveyancing process in Singapore and the necessary drafting skills so as to enable them to manage a conveyancing transaction independently.
Applicants applying for modular units which are drawn from existing full diploma or post-diploma programmes will have the same minimum entry requirements as the full qualifications.

Upon successful completion of the modular unit, students will be awarded a Statement of Result, which can count towards the attainment of the Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.
