The subject aims to equip students with basic knoeldge and skills to:
- Examine various human resource management functions
- Explore key issues which are important to understanding the human resource practices and learn how these impact the organisations
Modes of Assessment
The assessment would be based on coursework components such as tests and assignments.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the modular unit, students will be awarded a Statement of Result which can count towards the attainment of the Diploma in Business Practice (Business Administration).
