The subject will cover the basic law of trusts, the laws of succession, probate/administration and other related legal concepts and principles in relation to estate and future planning of individuals. It will also cover procedural aspects of these topics to include the preparation of legal documents.

Upon successful completion of the modular unit, students will be awarded a Statement of Result which can count towards the attainment of the Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Closed during lunchtime, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
and on weekends and public holidays.
