Course Overview

This course will equip participants with the skills and knowledge on the essentials of digital marketing. It will deepen the understanding on the world of digital marketing and its impacts on individuals and organizations to reach and communicate to their target audience.

Participants will learn the basics of Digital Marketing focusing on:

Email Marketing
Search Engine Marketing (think Google)
Social Media Marketing (think Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)

Who Should Attend

Participants or organizations that have little or no knowledge in Digital Marketing but who are interested to learn how to utilize digital marketing tools to reach and communicate their target audience.

It is also suitable for participants who are actively involved in causes and ideas in non-profit organizations.

Short formative quizzes and reflection

Group discussion/sharing – measure participants’ ability to reflect and apply learning and active participation in discussions. This will include photo or video uploads based on topics covered.

Steven Ng is a lecturer from the School of Business in TP. He started his career with a boutique market research firm as a Research Analyst. He then gained valuable Sales and Marketing experience in Johnson and Johnson Consumer Singapore.

Steven now guides his learners on applied social and marketing research as well as New Media Marketing to achieve partner organizations’ marketing objectives.
