It covers an analytics tool that enables them to create reports that can communicate their operational data clearly, easily and rapidly. They will learn through examples how to drill through and derive actionable insights on these data.

Lecturer/Trainer Profile

Mark Kor

Mark Kor is an experienced lecturer in Temasek Polytechnic teaching full-time students and part-time adult learners in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, and Customer Service. He has facilitated training programs and provided consultancy regionally for government officials and private sectors in Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Laos, and China.

A strong education professional with a Master's degree of IT in Business (Analytics) from Singapore Management University. Mark’s background hails from hospitality, IT and banking industry where he garnered 12 years of working experience from establishments such as Raffles Hotel, Meritus Mandarin Hotel, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Mark is also a strong advocate and evangelist for all thing digital including marketing, he has been assisting diplomas and school on digital front for greater engagements and enrolment since 2008.
