Course Overview
In line with Singapore's goal of net zero emissions by 2050, starting in 2025, all listed companies must report Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions according to ISO 14064-1. This requirement will eventually include non-listed firms as well.
The ISO 14064-1 course equips professionals with the skills needed to comply with climate-reporting regulations and implement effective GHG management systems.
Participants will learn the key principles of ISO 14064-1, including best practices for GHG measurement and reporting. The course also introduces NXmap, a carbon accounting platform that automates GHG emissions reporting, ensuring compliance with new regulations.
EMPOWERING PROFESSIONALS IN CLIMATE REPORTING
This ISO 14064-1 course equips business professionals with essential knowledge and skills to comply with climate-reporting regulations and implement effective GHG management systems.
DIGITAL EMPOWERMENT
Participants will learn and practise using advanced digital platform solutions (e.g., NXMap) to generate GHG emissions reports.
CONSULTATION AND PRACTICAL APPROACH
Trainers will guide participants in using NxMap to create their GHG Emission Report with case study data and their own datasets.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the requirements of ISO 14064-1:2018 standard
- Define GHG inventory boundaries
- Categorise and calculate carbon emissions
- Generate GHG Emissions Reports using digital tools

Day 2 – Consultancy & Practical Application
- Consultancy Session
- Review & Analysis of Your Company’s Emissions Inventory

Certification
Participants who meet at least 75% of the required course attendance and pass the assessment will be awarded the Certificate of Completion.
