Lifelong Learning Opportunities
SkillsFuture Support for Mid-Career Learners
- $4,000 SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up (Mid-Career): Helps offset course fees for selected programmes with strong employability outcomes.
- SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance:
- Full-Time Training (from April 2025): Singapore Citizens aged 40+ can receive 50% of their average income, with the maximum allowance capped at $3,000/month, when enrolling in an eligible full-time, long-form programme.
- New Part-Time Training (from early 2026): Singapore Citizens aged 40+ will receive a flat $300 monthly training allowance for selected part-time training while working.
- The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance supports up to 24 months of full-time and part-time long-form training over an individual's lifetime.
- Workfare Skills Support (from 2026): Enhanced support for lower-wage workers from age 30, providing a monthly allowance for selected courses.


Workforce Transformation Support
- New SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant: Supports job-related skill enhancements with up to 70% funding.
- The Redesigned SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit offers $10,000 to eligible companies to offset training costs, starting from second half of 2026 and will last for three years, making workforce transformation more accessible.
